Due to the creative and spiritual nature of our services and products, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below.

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

-A request is submitted within 7 days of purchase

-The service has not yet been fully delivered or completed

-The request includes a clear explanation of the issue

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are granted at the sole discretion of The Kumi Collective.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

-Completed prophetic art sessions or services

-Digital products that have been accessed, downloaded, or delivered

-Membership fees or subscription payments already processed

-Partial payments or deposits for services already rendered

-Services where significant time or preparation has already been invested

4. Payment Plans

If a payment plan is offered:

-You are responsible for completing all scheduled payments

-Failure to complete payments may result in loss of access to services

-Payment plans are not cancellable to avoid remaining payments once services have begun

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice

Missed sessions or late cancellations may be forfeited without refund

6. Chargebacks

By making a purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting The Kumi Collective to attempt resolution.

Initiating a chargeback without communication may result in:

-Immediate termination of access to services

-Ineligibility for future offerings
